1. Scope of Services

JPMedia Group provides digital wellness and reset programs, which include digital content, guides,

videos, and potential community access (depending on the purchased tier: $50 or $500 package). These

services are delivered entirely in digital format.

Please read this section carefully before making a purchase. Due to the immediate, digital nature of the

services provided, our refund policy varies strictly based on your

geographical location:

For Clients Outside the European Union (including USA, Canada, Australia): All sales of digital

programs, access passes, and materials are 100% final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable.

Once access to the digital dashboard or materials is granted, no refunds or chargebacks will be

honored under any circumstances.

For Clients Residing Within the European Union (EU): Pursuant to EU consumer law, you have a

statutory 14-day right of cancellation. However, by checking the box at checkout and requesting

immediate access to the digital program, you explicitly agree that your right of cancellation

expires immediately once the execution of the contract has begun and digital access is

delivered

By purchasing our services, you agree that you will not initiate fraudulent chargeback disputes with your

credit card provider or bank. Any unauthorized chargeback disputes will be vigorously contested by

JPMedia Group using the digital logs, IP tracking, and your explicit checkbox agreement captured at the

time of purchase.

All content, videos, methodology, texts, and graphics included in the Reset Programs are the exclusive

intellectual property of JPMedia Group. You are granted a single, non-transferable license for personal

use only. Sharing, reselling, or reproducing our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Our Programs are for educational and informational purposes regarding personal wellness. They do not

constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified

These Terms and all disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and

construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its

conflict of law principles. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be Berlin, Germany.
