Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 3, 2026

Right of Cancellation (Widerrufsrecht)

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the statutory right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement sent via our official email address listed in our Legal Notice (Impressum).

Important: Early Expiration of the Right of Cancellation

Please note that pursuant to Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and § 356 bgb of German Law), the right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts concerning the supply of digital content or services not supplied on a tangible medium if:

1. You have expressly consented to the execution of the contract beginning before the end of the 14-day cancellation period; and
2. You have acknowledged that by giving your consent, you lose your right of cancellation once the performance of the contract has begun.

By checking the mandatory box on our checkout page and purchasing our Reset Programs, you give your express consent for immediate delivery of the digital materials and explicitly acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of cancellation/refund once access to the digital program is granted.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you are legally entitled to cancel this contract (i.e., performance has not yet begun and access has not been granted), we will reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
